Good Gnat Repellent

Hi,

When I mow the lawn, I am attacked by flying gnats.

Can someone recommend a good repellent I can use
to keep gnats away?

Do lady bugs eat gnats? I hope you find an answer to your problem. I stirr
up some sort of bugs too when I mow,but I'm not sure what they are.
