HEPA vac and steam cleaners for bedbugs -- what to buy

I am considering buying a HEPA vac and a steam cleaner to help with treating
for bedbugs (if, or when, they occur) in apartments and homes that I own
and rent out.

My questions are about know what to buy. Any examples or suggestions would
be appreciated. I am sure that the lowest cost ones are not worth buying,
but there must be a price range that is moderate but will still be for good
equipment for my use. Are there certain features and specifications that I
should be looking for?
