Those seem to be an interesting idea but I wonder how
well they work. I would think that the insulation in the
outer walls would not allow a even flow. I believe some
use a dust and others types use aerosols and I have
talked to people who have serviced them before and as
with anything, some love them and others say they were a
waste of time. I don't think there is a way for you to
properly dispense the products through the tubes.

Sounds like Pest Defence Tubes in the Wall System. Centex installs these
systems in new homes. It is breifly talked about in the May 2002 PCT
magizine. Centex was the cover story.

The chemicals need to be chased (and flushed out) with an inert gas so the
tubes don't become clogged. Try contacting the builder. They should be
able to give you more information.
